About the 182H
The Cessna 182H is an American single-engine, fixed-wing light airplane configured for four occupants. Built for general aviation pilots and operators, it features an all-metal layout with a tricycle landing gear arrangement.
Introduced in the nineteen-fifties as a tricycle gear development of an earlier model, the aircraft has evolved through multiple variants and remains among the most popular production models from the manufacturer. Throughout its production run, it has received various improvements including a wider fuselage, a swept tailfin with a rear window, and higher gross weight limits. In addition to domestic manufacturing, versions have been built abroad in countries such as Argentina and France. The airframe is constructed mostly of aluminum alloy with some fiberglass and thermoplastic components.
