About the CE.43 Guépard

The Cerva CE.43 Guépard is a fixed-wing cabin monoplane designed in France as an all-metal derivative of an earlier wooden aircraft. Built to accommodate four or five people, it is suited for general private transport and utility roles, relying on a single piston engine to drive a variable-pitch propeller.

Created through a partnership between Siren SA and Wassmer, the aircraft made its debut in the early 1970s and was showcased at a major Parisian aerospace exhibition. Government agencies acquired examples for communications and training duties, while private customers began receiving theirs mid-decade. Although two additional variants featuring alternative powerplants were developed, full manufacturing ceased when the primary industrial partner went into liquidation.
