The Beechcraft 58TC Baron is an American type-certificated, fixed-wing aircraft built with twin engines and a six-seat capacity, designed to suit general aviation transport and private operators.

Beech produced this model alongside a pressurized stablemate starting in the mid-seventies, despite internal disagreement regarding market overlap with the Duke. Management proceeded after overriding dissenting historical opinions, and buyers ultimately favored pressurization by a wide margin, resulting in much higher production numbers for the pressurized variant compared to the unpressurized alternative. One notable milestone occurred when an early production airframe marked a massive company manufacturing milestone. Across nearly the entire fleet, operations featured a single throw-over control wheel, which was only replaced by dual yokes on specific final airframes near the end of production.
