About the Eagle

The Christen Industries Eagle is a homebuilt, fixed-wing, single-engine aerobatic biplane designed with side-by-side seating for two occupants. It suits enthusiasts and competitors seeking high-performance aerobatic capabilities coupled with fine craftsmanship.

Created by Frank Christensen, the aircraft is widely known through the legendary exhibition flying of the Eagles Aerobatic Flight Team, whose show planes are preserved in museum collections. Rights to the kit production have transitioned across manufacturers over the decades while maintaining a dedicated community of builders and pilots.
