About the Tango 2

The Team Tango 2 is an American low-wing composite aircraft configured for two occupants sitting side-by-side. Marketed as a kit for amateur construction, it utilizes molded single-piece components for its fuselage, main wing, and spars to facilitate assembly by builders.

Developed from an earlier design, the aircraft can be equipped with various power plants ranging up to higher-horsepower options paired with constant-speed propellers. Builders have utilized the design for long-distance cross-country flying, and the platform has also served as the basis for a larger four-seat derivative.
