About the Rocket F-1

The Team Rocket F1 Rocket is a single-engine, fixed-wing sport plane built in a tandem two-seat configuration. Categorized as an amateur-built homebuilt aircraft, it utilizes an aluminum low-wing cantilever monoplane layout paired with a titanium fixed conventional tailwheel landing gear, appealing to sport aviation enthusiasts.

Originally developed and marketed by a Texas enterprise and later manufactured in Indiana, the prototype first took to the air in the United States. Designed to accommodate various nose-mounted engine options, the prototype utilizes a flat-six piston engine paired with a three-bladed propeller. By late 2017, the fleet of flying examples had grown to over 130.
