About the Tundra

Dream Aircraft TUNDRA is a single-engine, high-wing fixed-wing aircraft built in Canada for amateur homebuilders. It features a four-seat cabin arranged in two side-by-side rows, making it suitable for private operators seeking short takeoff and landing versatility. The layout can be fitted with land, snow, or water gear configurations to suit different environments.

Developed as the maker's sole product, the design utilizes riveted aluminium with composite wing tips and computer-numerical-control-machined parts. It employs a constant-chord wing with V-struts and Fowler flaps, alongside a conventional or tricycle undercarriage layout with large low-pressure tires. Over thirty kits were sold within several years of its maiden flight, with multiple examples completed and flown using various flat-four or flat-six piston engine options.
