About the SF-25 Rotax Falke

The Scheibe SF-25 Rotax Falke is a German fixed-wing touring motor glider equipped with a single engine. Featuring a low-wing layout and an enclosed cockpit with side-by-side seating for two, it suits recreational pilots and flight training schools.

Derived from an earlier sailplane design, the aircraft underwent fuselage modifications and first took to the air in the early nineteen-sixties with a nose-mounted powerplant. Subsequent production models introduced various engine options and were constructed under license by several international manufacturers.

The SF-25 Rotax Falke is a variant of the Scheibe Aircraft SF-25 Super Falke. Other variants: SF 25 E, SF-25 Superschlepper, SF-25 Turbo Falke.
