The Progressive Aerodyne SeaRey is an American amateur-built fixed-wing aircraft categorized as an amphibious flying boat. Built with a single engine and a two-seat enclosed cabin, it is designed for operations from both land and water.

Developed following a lineage of ultralight and flying boat designs, the aircraft features a high wing, a boat-like semi-monocoque hull, and a pusher propeller arrangement. Numerous kits have been delivered to amateur builders worldwide since its initial flight, and the design has evolved to include various hull strengths and engine options.
