About the PA32-301FT

The Piper PA32-301FT is a single-engine, fixed-landing-gear fixed-wing aircraft built in the United States. Designed to accommodate a pilot and multiple passengers, it serves various roles worldwide, including private travel, air taxi operations, medical evacuations, and bush support.

Developed as a larger evolution of a popular four-seat predecessor, the prototype achieved its initial flight in December 1963 and gained type certification shortly thereafter. Distinctive structural elements include a nose baggage compartment located between the cockpit and engine area, alongside large double rear doors designed to facilitate easy loading for both cargo and passengers.
