About the 150
The Cessna 150 is a fixed-wing aircraft built in the United States. Designed for two occupants, this type-certificated machine is powered by a single engine, with power plant options including various Continental and Lycoming series engines.
Flight testing of the design began in the autumn of nineteen fifty-seven. Production of this model reached high levels, with nearly twenty-four thousand examples ultimately completed. Over the course of its manufacturing run, the aircraft became a staple for flight training and personal aviation.
