Detailed Description

Selling a beautiful Cherokee 180. Was apart of a fractional but us owners have decided to part ways with this aircraft. She is perfect for a multitude of uses. Good for long cross countries, short local flights, and even just having fun in the pattern.

The 180 horsepower is a huge plus for this airframe. Good for getting up to cruise altitude quick even with a load. She cruises at just north of 100 Mph at 8.5-9.5 Gph. She has also gone through some modernization with 2 AV-30-C and a Garmin 430, not state of the art but simple and practical.
