2004 Piper Archer III, N431RM. Two owners since new, no damage history, all ADs complied with, IFR certified, and flown regularly.

Garmin GNS 430W WAAS GPS/nav/com, Garmin GTX 345 ADS-B In and Out, Garmin GMA 340 audio panel, and a King KX 155 second nav/com. 1,340 hours since overhaul on the 180 HP Lycoming O-360-A4M and the Sensenich propeller, against a 2,000-hour TBO. 872 lb useful load.

Our family bought N431RM in May 2025 for our son, a certified flight instructor, who flew it to build flight time and is now at an airline. He reached his flight hour goal, and N431RM is ready to give its next owner the same freedom to fly.
