Detailed Description

1998 Piper Archer III, 1685 Hours SMOH, ADS-B Compliant, GARMIN GNS430Ws, GARMIN GTX330ES Transponder, GARMIN GMA340 Audio Panel, NDH, Complete and Consecutive Logs.

This plane will be delivered with an engine that was previously installed in another aircraft and subsequently removed following a propeller strike. The propeller strike did not occur on this plane. The engine itself sustained the prop-strike event and was subsequently inspected and repaired by Precision Air Power.

This is not being represented as a zero-time or complete overhaul. It is a repaired engine with approximately 300 hours remaining to its published 1,683-hour TBO based on its current time. The repair included the inspection and replacement/repair of components affected by the prop strike, while components that remained within serviceable limits were retained.

That said, the approximately 300 hours remaining to TBO should not necessarily be viewed as an indication that the engine has only 300 hours of useful life remaining. TBO is a recommended overhaul interval, and engines that are properly maintained and continue to meet applicable inspection and operating requirements can and routinely do operate beyond TBO. Of course, there is no guarantee of additional service life beyond the published TBO.

The engine's log will be available for review, including the records associated with the prop-strike inspection and subsequent repair.

$115,000.
