1975 Piper Archer II

Description

This Piper PA-28-181 Archer II N8063C has a moderately low hour airframe, a mid-time factory rebuilt engine, a nice IFR panel, and complete logbooks from day one. Many Archers have been subjected to flight school abuse and have accumulated many airframe hours. However, N8063C appears to have never done flight school duty, as evidenced by logbook entries and the overall appearance of the aircraft. The aircraft is always hangared and has lived much of its life in Arizona and Southern California over the past several decades. N8063C has just completed its annual inspection, which included a 500 hr magneto inspection.

5335 TTAF, 1170 SMOH, 1440 hrs on prop since new, and the useful load is 1022 lbs. Next annual inspection is due in Mar 2027, and the transponder and pitot static certs are current. Logbooks are clean and complete, and are available digitally upon request.
