new ELT battery (exp 12/2027), LH main gear brake linings, elevator trim indicator cable, SCAT hose, new vacuum pump 9/2025, Concorde RG-35A battery, Overhauled airspeed indicator and new pitot tubing 9/2024. Pitot-static and transponder certification per 91.411 and 91.413

1963 Piper Cherokee 180, S/N 28-1369. Complete logbooks from new, no damage history, no corrosion. Always hangared. Wing spar AD complied with prior to our ownership. Last annual 11/24/2025 by DC Aviation Maintenance, Bryant AR.

Next annual and pitot/static check scheduled November 2026.

Engine

Compressions at the 11/24/2025 annual: 79/73/78/74. Oil changed on schedule with the filter cut and inspected every time, no metal found.

crankcase overhauled by Divco. Crankshaft, camshaft and hydraulic lifter units overhauled by Aircraft Specialties Services. New engine mounts, new spark plugs, overhauled exhaust by Aerospace Welders. Both magnetos overhauled at the same time, RH by Continental Motors and LH by Quality Aircraft Accessories.

Lycoming O-360-A3A, 180 hp, S/N L-6167-36. Major overhaul 6/2019, installed 7/8/2019 at zero SMOH. 654 hours since.

Cylinders honed with new ring sets in 2021 by Bolduc Aviation. New crankshaft seal 11/2025. AD 98-02-08 complied 11/2025, next due at 5 years or overhaul.

Always hangared, flown regularly, and owner maintained to a standard you can verify page by page. The Lycoming O-360-A3A was overhauled in 2019 and shows 654 hours since, with both magnetos overhauled at the same time. IFR equipped with KLN 94 IFR GPS and ADS-B Out, and the

1,125 pound useful load carries four adults and their bags. Annual due November 2026. Logs are open, a current AD compliance report is available, and a pre-buy at your shop is welcome.

Great time builder and very reliable. 10 gph whether I'm doing laps in the pattern or heading cross country.

We both got our tickets in this airplane and have flown it ever since. It's hauled four adults and bags without any shuffling, on multiple cross country trips. It is a real workhorse.

Selling because we're moving up the ladder a little bit.
