1964 Piper Cherokee 235. All logs since new, always hangared airframe, have owned since 2018. Previous owner owned for 5 years. Aircraft has been primarily used for personal use and time building. Has flown 450 hours in the previous 5 years of ownership. No known accidents in the airframe. Wing Spar AD factored service hours as of 06/2026: 716 hours, due at 5000 hours. Current Annual 06/2026.

Engine

Lycoming O-540-B4B5 Engine overhauled in 2021 with Signature Engines in Cincinnati, OH. Time since major overhaul 448 hours. Oil changes complete roughly every 40 hours. Recent cold compressions as of 06/2026: 75, 74, 72, 77, 74, 76.

  • Recently replaced WAT lighting, ESi ADS-B In/Out, Stratus Appareo AU-74 XPNDR, GT-50 Clock.
  • Narco MK 12D TSO Dual Comm & Nav Radio.

Engine SMOH: 448 hours. Prop SMOH: 531 hours. Aircraft has been primarily used for personal use and time building. Has flown 450 hours in the previous 5 years of ownership. No known accidents in the airframe. Current Annual 06/2026. Currently based at KBAK, Columbus, IN.
