Western hangared and operated Piper Cherokee 235, is currently based at KFLY in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The aircraft has just completed a fresh annual inspection, and is ready to go, with engine compressions in the upper 70's on all cylinders. Aircraft is equipped with a Garmin GNS 530 (non-WAAS) GPS and Nav/Com, King KX155 Nav/Com, Garmin GTX 327 Transponder, and the Garmin GMA 340 audio panel. Equipped with Knots 2U flap gap seals, upgraded shoulder harness, and more. Paint and interior while older, are in excellent condition and reflects the level of care that has been given to this aircraft.
