Airframe overall in great condition. Low time. No corrosion identified. Wing spar AD previously complied with. Tires and brakes replaced within past 2-3 years.

Engine

#3 and #6 cylinders replaced within 2 years (Superior Millenium). #4 replaced within 4 years. All compressions as of last annual 72-78. Low time constant speed propeller (201 SMOH two years ago). Prop governor also replaced, as well as new Sky-Tec starter installed around the same time. New fuel valve and throttle/prop cables installed this year during annual.
