Strong running engine/no issues. Oil & oil filter changed every 50 hours & oil filter cut opened and inspected (never any issues). Installed a JPI900 almost immediately after I purchased it. Garmin GFC500 autopilot/with auto-trim, Two Garmin G5s, PS Engineering PMA8000BT audio panel with "play back" feature, L3 transponder, ADSB-IN & OUT, WAAS, Avidyne ifd540 and Davtron M800 Chronometer, JPI900 engine & fuel flow monitoring system. FAA approved to replace standard engine gauges for certified aircraft. New 406 ELT wired into the Avidyne ifd540.

Interior

New leather interior, Removed all fiberglass insulation and replaced with 1/2" close cell vinyl insulation/soundproofing. I.R.A.N all interior ABS plastic pieces. New leather interior & carpet

Detailed Description

I am the 2nd owner of this long distance high speed performer. The previous owner and I used it essentially for long cross country business travel. Cruise speed the same as the early generation Beechcraft KIng AIr 90 and the range was better. Very low time (2080 hrs), no damage history, well maintained, flown regularly, all logs and always hangared. This "one of a kind" Mooney 252 has been significantly upgraded including the Garmin GFC500 autopilot/auto-trim and two Garmin G5s. Stripped and repainted, leather interior. Professionally flown over 100 hours/year. Non stop compliments wherever we go. Recent borescope photos of cylinders upon request.

Remarks

All my flights were very long. Six hours non stop was common place. Most the flights were flown in the upper teens and lower flight levels. Oxygen bottle was tested January 2025. Comes with 3 cannulas and 1 Aerox oxygen mask with built in microphone. Always hangered, All logs, No damage history. At 65% power plan on 170+KTAS burning 13gph.
