About the M-20R Ovation
The Mooney M-20R Ovation is an American single-engine, low-wing fixed-wing aircraft designed for business and leisure travel. Accommodating up to four occupants, it suits pilots and passengers looking for long-range travel capability combined with speed.
Developed from earlier iterations of the manufacturer's long-running single-engine line, the aircraft features a retractable tricycle landing gear and a distinctive tail configuration. It is powered by a horizontally-opposed, fuel-injected piston engine driving a multi-bladed propeller. The type has been maintained through an active owner community and specialized maintenance providers supporting its extensive service history.
