Damage History: Three gear-ups in 1995 and 1996. No damage history since then.

Remarks

The previous owner purchased this airplane about 15 years ago and had used to it travel with his wife. Recently has recognized he doesn't fly it as often as he would like and decided to sell the Mooney.
