About the 411

The Cessna 411 is an American twin-engined fixed-wing aircraft built for light passenger and cargo transport. Suited for executive travel and commuter operations, this cabin-class transport features retractable landing gear, an airstair entrance, and seating for up to eight occupants.

Production of this model began in the mid-1960s, establishing it as the precursor to later unpressurized twin commuter variants. Powered by two geared, turbocharged piston engines, the type saw commercial service as well as military communications and VIP transport duties with operators such as the French Air Force.
