About the 3X-55 Trener

The 3Xtrim 3X-55 Trener is a Polish ultralight fixed-wing aircraft configured as a two-seat, high-wing, strut-braced monoplane with a fixed tricycle undercarriage. It suits recreational pilots and flight training schools looking for a completed factory-built machine.

Designed by former sailplane engineer Adam Kurbiel, the aircraft evolved from an earlier prototype modified over time to meet various international light aircraft standards. The design features a one-piece fiberglass fuselage and a carbon-fiber or fiberglass structural makeup depending on the regional variant. Since its first flight, dozens of aircraft from this family have been manufactured and delivered for private use and competition success.
