Cirrus marked a decade of its Collier Trophy-winning single-engine personal jet at NBAA-BACE 2026, highlighting ten years of the Vision Jet. The manufacturer celebrated the milestone in Las Vegas, showcasing the evolution of the single-engine personal jet.

Since the FAA issued type certification in 2016, the Vision Jet has developed through three generations. The first certification brought together a spacious cabin, single-engine efficiency, advanced avionics, the Cirrus Airframe Parachute System, and Safe Return Emergency Autoland. Subsequent iterations included the G2 with enhanced performance, range, and cabin features, and the G2+ which added improved takeoff performance, Safe Return Emergency Autoland, and expanded connectivity. The G3 Vision Jet added ATC Datalink, Spectra LED Wingtip Lights, a 6+1 seating arrangement for six adults, and achieved a capability of 317 ktas and FL310.

Global deliveries of the Vision Jet have recently surpassed 800 units worldwide, maintaining its status as the best-selling jet in general aviation. Beyond personal travel, the aircraft is utilized for business transport, supplemental lift, special missions, and Part 135 charter operations. Operators include the Indiana Donor Network, which runs TxJet as the country's first nonprofit organ transplant aviation program, moving surgical teams and organs between regional hospitals and community airports.

To support the growing fleet, Cirrus maintains an integrated ecosystem that spans connected aircraft technology, pre-flown aircraft under Cirrus NEXT, fleet management, and flight training. Factory-direct support includes type ratings at the Knoxville Vision Center, with recurrent type training and instrument proficiency checks provided in Scottsdale. Additional support is delivered through the Cirrus Authorized Network of Training and Maintenance Centers, JetStream for maintenance and training management, and Cirrus IQ for connected aircraft information.
