Interior

Interior is good. You may want to replace the floor carpets (A very nice kit from SCS runs about $1,000).

Exterior

Doesn't need Paint but the Teal paint on top of the wings has been repainted and it is not a great job. Not perfect but very serviceable.

Maintenance

Annual Inspection Due May 2027. IFR Certs are scheduled in the next couple of weeks. Minor damage (one wing skin was replaced in 2009).The aircraft went from the Mooney factory to Brazil in 1996 and returned to the US in 2003. The first logs are in Portuguese.
