1989 PIPER PA28-161 25 HRS ON AIRFRAME AND ENGINE

Also known as the CADET - 25 Hours Total Time, 25Hours Since Major Overhaul Engine, 25 Since Prop. New fuselage and wings from Piper Aircraft never used. Project completed by former Piper Engineer.

I had someone buy it but after 5 hours of flying it he couldn’t pass his medical, so he asked me to sell it for him. He didn’t send the registration application in yet so its still in my name and its in my Deland Florida KDED Hanger. He paid the full price for it but just wants to sell it for the listing price which is really a steal.

He had a rather expensive pre-purchase inspection done and its available to qualified buyer.

Wings included fuel tanks and lines. They were put on this plane last year and it's as close to a new plane as possible. The Engine is a Lycoming 0320-D-3-G and was just fully Majored by an AI Mechanic.

New 4 Passenger Interior. King KX155 Nav/Com and Transponder.
