Manufactured Dec 1941. Delivered to AAC Jan,2 1942. Sent to Sequoia Field in Visalia, CA

• Flew there for some time then was damaged-not specified. Shipped to McClellan and repaired. Appears to have remained there until end of war and used as a local trainer. Most recent rebuild was started in the 2000s by an American Airlines mechanic Did majority of the structural work. sold to Paul Tackaberry in early 2010s he and the CAF PT-22 mechanic for the Socal region completed it. Another PT-22 owner and CAF pilot assisted. Paul has rebuilt many antique classics over the years. Dead now. Current owner bought it in 2018. Lee Graybill, the PT-22 guru and the current owner went through the plane after it was purchased.
