Well-equipped 1965 Cessna 172F with significant recent investment, including a low-time Continental O-300-D major overhaul completed by Triad Aviation in February 2025 and a complete exterior refinish in April 2026.

N8596U is equipped with Garmin WAAS navigation, ADS-B, a JPI engine monitor, dual Nav/Comm capability and an 870 lb useful load. The aircraft will be delivered with a fresh annual inspection completed prior to sale.
