Piper Cherokee 140

Description

• TT less than 2400
• TSMOH less than 1400
• Still flying regularly so the times are changing.
• New tire, new vacuum pump, rebuilt attitude indicator. Making minor repairs and upgrades as I fly.
• The annual is up in November so it will be sold with a fresh annual
• Paint is better than most interior needs help.
• This is cheap flying. Great aircraft for a very low price, plenty of room for time building. There are minor issues but still airworthy.
• I bought it to build time, which I am doing but I am ready to graduate to the next level.
