Remarks

This 1972 Piper Arrow II is one of the cleaner, more unique examples on the market. It has low total time, has never been used as a trainer, and has spent its entire life on the West Coast in dry, arid conditions, which has kept the airframe exceptionally clean and corrosion-free.

The aircraft began its life as a Piper corporate airplane and was owned and maintained by Piper for approximately the first 1000-1200 hours. It was used by a finance and sales representative who traveled to Piper dealers, meaning it lived a consistent, professionally maintained early life and was never subjected to student pilot wear. This early stewardship shows in the logs and in the overall condition of the airplane today.

The airplane has benefited from long-term ownership, proper storage, and continuous West Coast operation. Its history is unusually traceable-complete logs, clean documentation, and a clear pattern of responsible private use. The dry California/Eastern WA/Arizona climate has preserved the structure remarkably well; the airframe is clean, straight, and free of the corrosion issues often found on aircraft that lived in harsher environments.

Recent upgrades include a full 2019 strip-and-paint, a complete interior refresh, and a low-time propeller. The engine shows strong compressions, stable temperatures, clean oil analysis, and healthy overall performance. It flies straight, trims easily, and performs exactly as an Arrow should.

• A corrosion-free West Coast airframe

• No prior training abuse

• Logs that make sense and match the airplane

• A personal cross-country platform with solid performance and low operating costs
