It looks great inside out, hungered all of its life(Texes then california). It is over TBO but burns no oil, borescope valves and cylinders are healthy, compression is above 76 in all four. Mags just overhauled, prop( total 700 hrs), Just removed tested and serviced. Of course complete log books. Next annual is August 2027, IFR cert is August 2025.
