Aircraft Description

1975 Piper PA-28R-200 Arrow II – N1095X – $211,000

Exceptionally well-cared-for, always-hangared Piper Arrow II with approximately 7,150 hours total time, a low-time 200 HP Lycoming, nearly zero-time propeller system, completely modernized instrument panel, and significant recent mechanical and cosmetic restoration.

Engine

Excellent Lycoming IO-360-C1C, 200 HP fuel-injected engine with approximately 170 hours SMOH. Major overhaul completed by Zephyr Aircraft Engines in 2016.

In 2025, the cylinders were removed and professionally overhauled by Certified Aircraft Engines at North Perry Airport (KHWO), an FAA Part 145 repair station, giving this already low-time engine very recent top-end work.

Both magnetos have also been professionally overhauled.

Applicable connecting-rod Airworthiness Directive (AD) compliance was completed by Zephyr Aircraft Engines, the same engine facility that performed the major overhaul, with the work documented in the engine records.

A brand-new exhaust system has also been installed.

This is a well-documented, low-time powerplant with excellent compression readings, recently overhauled cylinders, overhauled magnetos, documented connecting-rod AD compliance, and substantial recent maintenance investment.

Propeller

The aircraft received a brand-new McCauley constant-speed propeller, currently with approximately 1 hour since new.

- Brand-new spinner

This gives the aircraft an essentially new propeller system rather than simply an overhauled or higher-time replacement.

Avionics & New Instrument Panel

The aircraft underwent a complete avionics modernization. The previous avionics and instrument panel were removed and a brand-new custom instrument panel was fabricated and installed around an upgraded IFR avionics package.

- Garmin GNS 430W WAAS GPS/NAV/COM

- Garmin GMA 340 audio panel

- Garmin GAD 29B – certified-aircraft version

- Garmin GI-106A CDI

- Garmin GA 35 WAAS GPS antenna

- Stratus transponder with ADS-B

- JPI EDM-830 digital engine monitor with fuel flow

- Mid-Continent CHRONOS USB charging system

The result is a substantially more modern and capable IFR cockpit while retaining the proven Arrow II platform.

Fresh pitot-static, altimeter, transponder, and ADS-B certifications completed August 2026.

Airframe & Restoration

Approximately 7,150 hours total time with complete logbooks. The aircraft has been always hangared and is exceptionally clean inside and out.

The internal airframe structure is fully primed, and the aluminum, wings, and structural areas present exceptionally well. The aircraft has been carefully cleaned and inspected by experienced A&P mechanics and IAs, with considerable attention given to the condition of the airframe throughout the restoration.

The aircraft had a previous landing gear incident and was hangared following the event until restoration. The underside was professionally restored, the landing gear system was inspected and serviced, and the hydraulic power pack was completely replaced. Tires, brakes, and related landing-gear components were also addressed during the restoration.

The Wing Spar AD has been complied with and passed eddy-current inspection.

Additional recent improvements include a new battery and numerous serviced or replaced components throughout the aircraft.

Condition

Clean, well-kept four-place interior and an exceptionally well-preserved airframe. The aircraft presents very well and reflects the amount of care and investment that has gone into its restoration.
