Total air Frame time 4765 hours, engine only has 250 hours since overhaul and the same for the prop. Aircraft is currently in annual inspection. This is a very clean and fast four seat aircraft. Useful load is almost 900 pounds. It has a 52 gallon fuel tank and cruises at 150 knots. All that while burning about 10 gallons an hour. It has upgraded tan leather seats throughout and a newer paint job with original Mooney striping. No major dents or scratches to the exterior, no tears stains or rips on the interior. Most of the avionics are original with slight upgrades to include a basic Nat track and heading mode auto pilot. The aircraft is hangered at the El Paso International Airport. KELP.
