• All AD’s complied with, Landing gear shock cords replaced 2024 at 2957 hrs.
• Modifications:
• Australian Stabilator Horn, Gear Lobe Fairings, Flap Gap seals/fairings, Flap Track Fairings, Wing Root Fairings and wing fillets, windshield cowler kit, gear hub caps, upswept wing tips, electric trim, door steward and inflatable door seal. New exhaust, ELT Battery, gaskets and a list of other things at annual. I’m sure I’m missing something but I can send pictures of logs if someone is interested.

• I have absolutely loved this Comanche and it has been a gem to own, only reason for selling is I have another airplane I’m looking to purchase. It’ll come with a full two-piece Bruce’s Custom Cover and red gear. Times will change slightly I try to fly it once a week. I’ve got every single piece of paper on this airplane since it was new and it’s been maintained meticulously.
