No expenses spared: $58,000 in total improvements. Pitot/static lines replaced new (12/2024).

IFR current (12/2024). Two artificial horizons (turn coordinator replaced with electronic artificial horizon). Vertical card compass. Two VORs w/ one Glideslope. Flown IFR regularly. ADF. Garmin transponder. 4-place intercom.

Detailed Description

Only 20 hours SMOH! This aircraft is a family's love story- Owned for 24.5 years by father/son whom are each SEL ATP-rated, and are each career pilots. Fresh Annual (09/2026). Always Hangared, IFR current, complete logs, all ADs compliant. Currently being enjoyed by the 3rd generation of family-use. Selling due to the family now too big for a 4-seat airplane (too many kids, too small of airplane).

We are in no hurry to say Goodbye to this member of our family. Looking for it to go to a good home.

Will possibly consider donating my time to ferry to buyer (dependent upon seller's work schedule, destination, etc. Just pay for the operating expenses and my enroute food/lodging/return travel costs). This will be determined if possible based upon the specific situation presented.
