This will increase as I still fly on a regular basis.

No damage history and this plane has never been in a flight club or been in a flight school. Has always been a personal bird.

Extensive annual inspection will commence in October of this month. This makes this the perfect time for someone to include this with their pre-buy inspection. All AD's have been complied with.

Detailed Description

This is the best equipped Piper Cherokee 140 you will find available. It is a perfect bird for time building, IFR training and cross country trips. Would make a great addition for any flight clubs as well. I used this plane for my IFR endorsement and fly it regularly on cross country trips to visit my kids. It's time for me to upgrade to something a little bigger and faster and I am sad to see her go. N5025T has always been hangared, both by me and the previous owners. It is maintained with an open checkbook. The avionics have been upgraded over the years to an exceptional Garmin stack. The exterior is a 9/10 and I get compliments everywhere I go about how nice the paint is. The interior is a 7/10. The rear seats are currently removed to provide more room for golf clubs and bags when I travel. They will obviously be included in the sale. Due to this, I happen to have two weight and balance sheets. One with all four seats installed and one with the rear seats removed. I have all logbooks from new to current. If you are looking for a fantastic turn key machine, look no further.
