This is considered a complex 4 seat, performance plane, with constant speed prop and retractable gear. It's a modest time IFR plane and is well above average condition for its age.

It has been and is flown regularly and has been well maintained regularly. It was originally owned and flown in the US and then brought to Canada in 1979. For several years, it was owned and flown by a Winnipeg University. Then more recently, owned and flown in BC, Canada.

The present owner has owned it and flown it cross country privately for the last 6 years. In that time, it has had its own hanger at CYYJ.

It comes with extensive log and maintenance books, records, maintenance manual, and parts manual and parts catalog. Owner will consider delivery to US buyer.
