1963 Mooney M20C

I have the opportunity to buy 50% of a tricked out newer Mooney, so sadly Dolores must go. She's at sunny KSBP and has been an absolute joy to fly. 140kts at 9-10 Gal/h, reliable and everything works. She's been to Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon and everything in between. Basic, but with upgraded Avionics, and the best news, she's got a new engine when Chevron screwed up fuel in 1994. When I got her 3 years ago, she only had 300 hours on the "new" engine as she was a hangar queen to the previous owner. My pre-buy was deep but revealed no troubles, and I flew 300 hours myself since then. Hobbs time will change as I fly her weekly. I have all the invoices of the work that has been done and complete log, engine and prop books. I put north of $30K into her since I bought her as listed below.
