Low-time airframe. History of wind damage approximately 50 years ago and was repaired.

Engine

Continental O-300-D. Installed in 2019.

This engine was equipped with a gear driven 50 amp alternator. Bus was modified for breakers. The 35 amp generator breaker was replace with a 50 amp breaker and re-labeled. Purchase a serviceable prop in 2019. Had prop overhauled in 2023. Engine compression is mid 70's. Bore scope inspections negative.

Avionics

Installed two AV30's with magnetometer. Installed Electronics International Tachometer and USB port. Install a MX 170C with KN 75 glideslope receiver and KI 208 VOR/LOC/GS.

Detailed Description

Airframe time since new is 1384.8. Installed Continental o-300-D in 2019 with 518.9 hours since Major Overhaul in 1990. Prop was overhauled in 2023. It has about 50 hours on it. Removed the vacuum system and installed two Av30's. Removed the cabled tachometer and installed electronic Tachometer. Three new tires this year. New interior in 2023. This is a working airplane. It is used for instrument and basic training. Reasonable offers considered. Seller has other projects and is really motivated to move this plane. Interior is a 9. Paint is a 6. I will attach a video viewing the paint.
