Detailed Description

1981 Cessna 182 Turbo. Factory Zinc Chromate paint so no interior corrosion. No know damage history., Based at KAGC. Propeller governor overhauled 4/26. Blackstone oil analysis. Sportys airvents and WAT led landing and taxi lights. Magnetos overhauled on 3/26.

Aircraft repainted in current colors on 11/2015.

Purchased aircraft so my son could finish his instrument, commercial and CFI. Have flown the plane over 150 hours. Plane is in great shape with standby electric attitude indicator and STEC 60 autopilot. Great useful load of 1113 lbs. 88 gallon wet wings, no bladders. Had AC but was removed. Has built in O2 bottle. 4 place intercom.

Remarks

  • Above 10,000 feet, plane will do 150 KTS on 13.5 GPH
  • Looking for faster aircraft for myself.
  • interior is about a 7 and exterior is a 9.
  • Plane is a California plane and painted in 11/15. Was hangered before I bought it.
  • I can sell with a fresh annual, if needed. Annual expires 4/1/2027
  • IFR good until 3/1/2028.
  • Plane has a loan so will need to go through ESCROW to close split 50/50.
