152 is arguably the best two seater Cessna ever built, but make no mistake, Sparrowhawk is no conventional 152. Nimble and responsive as a stock Cessna 152 came from the factory, Sparrowhawk engine modification increases the horsepower from 115 to 125 and that makes one great increase in performance. Faster off the ground, more rapid climb, higher cruise speed, better control on approach and quick response when you need to do your go around.

Conventional attitude indicator has been replaced by an R. C. Allen Mini 6 instrument. Its duplicative features, concentrated data and precision.

Airline style overhead ventilators – a quantum improvement over standard Cessna ventilators – you know: the ones that always get stuck – impossible to pull out while your flying. I f you do manage (having unfastened your harness and quite likely setting up a stall) the darn thing falls in your lap. Not this one.
