In 2004, the airplane had an off-field landing due to a broken crankshaft on descent. Minor damage to the left wing, they replaced some skins at top and bottom, replaced aileron, rebuilt elevator and re-skinned the stabilizer. Installed New engine

In 2015, the airplane sustained damage to the nose section; the owner reported that a fuel truck backed into the airplane. The engine was sent out to Western Skyways for prop strike inspection and the propeller for inspection and repair.

In 2021, after an alternator issue and loss of electrical power, the airplane landed and lost control after a left gear collapse. The airplane was ferried from Marianna, Fl to Denton TX, after belly skin was replaced, and the horizontal stabilizer and elevator were replaced with serviceable units. No Prop strike at this time.
