Detailed Description

This Beechcraft C24R Sierra 200 is an incredibly healthy, meticulously cared-for cross-country machine. The engine runs exceptionally clean with no leaks, high compression, and normal oil burn. It has a history of gentle operation, having been consistently run in the 45-50% power range for more than half of its total engine time. The engine has 1,200 hours since a detailed teardown and top-end refresh. During this maintenance event, the engine was disassembled to replace the camshaft, a brand-new oil pump was installed, and everything short of a major overhaul was completed to guarantee long-term reliability. This aircraft comes as a highly complete package, including an extensive collection of expensive support gear, spare parts, and cabin comforts. The owner is a Certified Flight Instructor and can personally provide insurance-approved transition training to the buyer if required. Delivery and relocation logistics are entirely open to negotiation.

Remarks

With the Electronic ignition this airplane can fly at 80TKS true on 5GPH or 135-140 at 11GPH. you can fly it nonstop for 7.5 hours and land with 15gal of fuel if you get it high and lean it out well. It has never had an off home airport maintenance issue, and while used as an instrument trainer has only delayed training three times in over 200hrs of dual instruction. It is incredibly reliable with and with proper preventative maintenance among the most economical airplanes to own. With the two doors it is very comfortable, and cabin space is better than the more main stream options. Rear seats are removed without tools in seconds for a very versatile platform. You can load up all the extras I'll give you including the tug and take it home when you buy.
