Airframe

As stated, paint restored 2024. Annual paused due RHS engine issue. Corrosion on both stabilisers under boots and on wing spar tie brace.

Engine

RHS engine needs replacing. LHS engine probably needs two new cylinders. Props good. Vortex generators, Intercoolers.

Avionics

At present no avionics. Can be supplied with refurbished 530/430 W Garmin TXP ADS B out radar new Garmin GFC 600 3 servo, dual Garmin GI275 EFIS, Collins ADF 650, KY196 8.33, King KN62A DME, Dual panel.

Detailed Description

Operated on a UK Public Transport (equivalent 135) until 2023. Transferred to N-Reg 2024. Last annual completed April 2025. Part annual completed. Extensive upgrade of avionics as part of project, new Garmin A/P + EFIS. Weather radar. Full deice. 430/530. Inter-cooler's. Vortex generators. 7 place interior. Exterior 7/10 interior 6/10. Upgrade project paused (and annual) due to RHS engine being removed due to investigate contamination in filter and being found to be BER. Can be overhauled in UK. During annual corrosion found under boots on rear stabiliser and minor corrosion on wing spar tie bar. Estimate around $10K to complete annual. During its time at Tatenhill (airport Northern UK) the 430/530 and txp were stolen. All covered if on insurance if buyer wants or not. Upgrade avionics currently removed and again available if buyer wants. This would suit someone with access to a RHS engine. Very low total time and professionally flown.

Remarks

Would suit a buyer with a RHS engine and willing to complete annual Would result in a very low time well equipped Chieftain with crew and cargo doors.
