Low-time Aztec F with only 3,187 hours total time, attractive six-place interior, updated Garmin avionics, and an extensive June 2026 annual.

N100CN combines the Aztec's spacious cabin and excellent utility with significant recent avionics and maintenance upgrades. 2026 improvements include dual Garmin G5s with GNS 430W integration, GAD 29D, GMU 11, Aerospace Logic digital fuel quantity instrumentation, ACK E-04 ELT, and SureFly electronic ignition on both engines.

The June 2026 annual included substantial maintenance and refurbishment beyond a routine inspection, including wing corrosion treatment and refinishing, replacement of horizontal stabilizer attach hardware, control-system work, aileron/flap bearing replacement, landing gear service, wheel bearing replacement, engine compression checks, propeller inspections and dynamic balancing, and comprehensive AD review.

Both engines showed strong compressions with no valve leakage noted at the annual.

A capable, comfortable six-place twin suitable for personal transportation, IFR cross-country flying, multi-engine training or time building.
