2006 Vans RV-8

Testing the waters. Feeling the urge to upgrade to an F1 Rocket after 7 years of flying this beautiful RV-8 built in 2006 by Jay Pratt himself (founder of RV Central where he has helped build 45+ RV’s and this was his personal airplane).

I just flew it from upstate NY to California two months ago with no issues. IFR certified with a GPS175 and dual G5’s. 1,035 TT. O-361-A1A, 180hp. Constant Speed prop. Cruises at 170 true. Gentleman aerobatics (no inverted oil or fuel pickups). Rear seat stick and throttle control only (no rudder pedals). 1,067lbs empty weight. Trutrak Autopilot. Block/oil heater.
