About the Xenos

The Sonex Aircraft Xenos is an aluminum, low-wing motor glider that can be registered as a light-sport aircraft or glider, suiting recreational pilots looking for versatile soaring and cruising performance. Featuring a single-engine layout and seating for two, the aircraft is produced in kit form by its manufacturer.

Developed as an evolution of an earlier motor glider design, the updated "B" model introduced substantial cabin enlargements to increase shoulder, hip, knee, and foot room for occupants. Further refinements included a modified "Y" control stick, an expanded instrument panel, increased fuel capacity, and numerous manufacturing enhancements intended to reduce overall build time.
