About the PA-32-300 Cherokee Six
The Piper PA-32-300 Cherokee Six is a fixed-wing, single-engine light aircraft designed for utility and transport duties. It features a fixed landing gear layout and accommodates a single pilot alongside multiple passenger seats, making it suitable for private travel, air taxi services, and medical evacuation.
Developed to provide a larger capacity alternative to earlier four-seat models, the prototype made its maiden flight before receiving official type certification. Distinctive design elements include a forward baggage compartment situated between the cockpit and engine, as well as large rear double doors to facilitate the loading of bulky cargo and passengers.
