The Flying Legend Usa TUCANO REPLICA is an Italian light-sport fixed-wing aircraft supplied for amateur homebuilding or as a complete factory-built machine. It features a cantilever low-wing layout with a tandem seating arrangement enclosed by a bubble canopy, retractable landing gear, and a single tractor engine. The airframe is constructed primarily from aluminum sheet materials.
The aircraft serves as a scale replica of a well-known military turboprop trainer from the nineteen-eighties. It was introduced at a major European aviation exhibition as a collaborative manufacturing project. Additional structural and landing gear variations have been developed to target specific regional markets, alongside an experimental military variant adopted by overseas operators.
